Actually,
more than3.6 billion radiologic exams with ionising radiation wereperformed in the entire world.
This number illustrates well the increasing importance of Radiology Departments all over the world,
many of them operating over their capacity.
Risk management methodologies are idealized to decrease,

eliminate the errors in the healthcare standard.
