The peritonectomy associated with HIPEC (Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy) is an aggressive therapeutic technique with a curative potential of PC (Peritoneal Carcinomatosis).It requires an adequate selection of patients through PCI (peritoneal cancer index). The importance of CT in the diagnosis of PC is to determine the radiological PCI to identify which patients will benefit from radical surgery-HIPEC. Our objective is to determine the radiological PCI and evaluate the degree of concordance with the surgical PCI describing the most frequent causes of discordance.

An observational, descriptive and retrospective study of CT with intravenous contrast and portal phase of patients operated on for peritoneal carcinomatosis was carried out from May 2014 to May 2017.
