We have presented a review about the chondroid matrix lesions. Distinguishing between benign and malignant chondroid lesions can be a challenge. However, imaging techniques (plain X-rays, CT and MRI) have played an important role in differentiating these lesions although in many cases histology is required for definitive diagnosis.
