Methods and materials

From February 2014 to December 2014, 129 patients (mean age 51.39) underwent one-view DBT and two-view DM, the one-view DBT was acquired with Siemens Mammomat Inspiration unit. Two readers, with respectively 15 and 10 years experience in breast imaging, independently reviewed the exams in two steps: DM and DM+DBT. DM and DM+DBT were classified according to BIRADS rate. Patients with BIRADS 0, 3, 4 and 5 were recalled for work-up. The concordance of BIRADS rate and the recall rate between the two readers were evaluated using Cohen's kappa.
