The aim of this study is to review the radiological findings that can be found in patients with extrapulmonary manifestations of tuberculosis, using different imaging techniques from ultrasonography and intravenous urography up to CT scan.

An estimated 8.6 million people developed TB in 2012. In spite of the lung being the target organ of tuberculosis, any other organ and system can be affected, andthe radiological imaging plays an important role in identifying these patients.

Through a systematic review of cases of extrapulmonary tuberculosis confirmed in our hospital in the last 10 years, we illustrate the most representative confirmed cases and review the radiologic findings of the most common abdominal extrapulmonary affectation.
