|Do we skip any important changes in the pelvis MRI focusing on the assessment of the prostate gland according to PIRADS v2 classification?|
Assessing the male pelvis with suspected prostate cancer, we focus on how to more accurately assess the prostate gland. We find pathological lesions in prostate and focus on their proper interpretation.Exept the prostate gland and its surrounding, we usually evaluate local lymph nodes and bones.
We not always are precise enough to notice other pathological changes, e.g. in the bladder, rectum or nearby adipose tissue
