|Do we skip any important changes in the pelvis MRI focusing on the assessment of the prostate gland according to PIRADS v2 classification?|
When assessing prostate MRI, more attention should be paid to other possible pathological changes in the pelvis.
Perhaps the PIRADS v2 classification and the scale of its difficulty affect not always satisfactory assessment of other organs of the pelvis
