Semi-quantitative DCE-MRI is useful for differential diagnosis between benign and malignant ovarian tumors. Curve type III was specific for MOT and type I - for BOT. IAUC60 ratio was the most accurate criteria of TIC for distinguishing among BOT and MOT.
