Background
Conventional radiography is usually the first imaging modality used to study the musculoskeletal system,
because of its wide availability,
quick access and low cost.
However,
its interpretation isn’t always straightforward,
so the radiologist should use every tool available for the best possible evaluation.
There are multiplemeasurements described in upper limb radiographic evaluation,
which provide diagnostic criteria for several disorders.
