Radiological signs are distinctive patterns,
characteristic of a certain pathology,
usually named after an easily recognizable everyday object.
The recognition of these signs creates an association in our mind between a specific image and a disorder or a group of conditions and allows us to reach the correct diagnosis timely and with higher degree of certainty.
The learning and application of these signs can help understand better and memorize easier the specific characteristics of a variety of diseases.
