Results: The ESR、IPF、IPF/SF and IPF/VF were correlated with HBI(P＜0.05). There were significant differences in ESR, IPF, IPF/SF and IPF/VF between active and inactive CD patients(P＜0.05).
The IPF/VF was the best index to predict active CD,
when the cutoff was 0.52,
positive and negative predictive value were 93%,
respectively. 39 patients who had received treatment, 31 cases had a better condition, 8 cases had no improved condition.
The SF was the best index to predict the efficacy.
