Learning objectives

To discuss the principal indications for cardiovascular CT in newborns and children with congenital heart disease (CHD).
To outline key imaging findings, advantages and limitations of CT in CHD, focusing on capability of VR and 3D models Fig. 1 to perform a proper differential diagnosis in order to establish an optimal therapeutic approach.
