Conclusion

Results of this study show that in elderly and senile patients with multiple severe comorbid pathologies of internal organs for the diagnosis of lung diseases it is advisable to use chest CT. Polymorphism and multiple variants of lung diseases in these groups of patients decrease the diagnostic value of chest X-ray.
