Conclusion

The imaging manifestations of hepatic lymphoma are mostly non-specific, but some imaging findings might be helpful in an adequate laboratory and clinical setting.

The principal goal of radiologic imaging evaluation is to know the typical and atypical patterns of hepatic lymphoma to provide a proper differential diagnosis and pertinent patient management.
