According to literature, we have seen an increase in male breast examinations, most for gynecomastia, and an increase of incidence of male breast cancer [4]: 40% (N= 8/20) of our male breast cancer was diagnosed in 2019 (in 2020, cause SARS-CoV2 pandemia, we had few male access numbers). Left breast was more frequently involved, as reported by literature [3]. Although invasive ductal carcinoma is the most common histologic subtype of male breast cancer (approximately 85% of breast cancer cases in men), we found several cases of rare male breast cancer.
