Methods and Materials
Cardiac MRI was made for 24 patients with isolated ventricular arrhythmia without valvular or coronary disease and for 8 patients with VHD.
In the first group included MRI studies of patients without cardiac disease (age 42.8 ± 11 years,
weight 78 ± 12.03kg; height 169.9 ± 11.37sm) and in the the second group - MRI studies of patients with VHD and related pulmonary hypertension (age 39.5 ± 11.5age,
weight 73 ± 14.35kg; height 171.25 ± 9.625sm).
The three-dimensional scan program was included to the standart protocol of the heart scanning (3D Whole-heart on the Siemens devices; 3D TFE NAV on the Philips devices).
This program was conducted before and after contrast enhancement (CE).
Statistical analysis was performed using Mann-Whitney non parametric test.
