CONCLUSIONES
La TCPC es una herramienta rápida,
disponible y muy útil en la selección de pacientes candidatos a tratamiento trombolÃtico.
Conocer sus aspectos técnicos básicos y sus principales limitaciones es indispensable para obtener el máximo rendimiento de la prueba.
Son necesarios nuevos estudios correctamente diseñados que permitan estandarizar tanto la obtención de las imágenes como la interpretación de los resultados,
con la finalidad de poder incluirla dentro de los criterios estandarizados para la selección de pacientes candidatos a trombolisis.
