Conclusiones
La RM es actualmente la modalidad de elección para detectar la invasión local de tumores orbitarios y la afectación craneal.
Es imprescindible incluir en el informe la existencia o no de invasión del nervio óptico postlaminar,
de la coroides,
esclera y cámara anterior para la evaluación pretratamiento de los niños con retinoblastoma.
