Conclusiones
Los GIST son los tumores mesenquimales más frecuentes del tracto digestivo y aunque los hallazgos radiológicos varían en función de su localización,
debemos tener en cuenta que la localización más frecuente es el estómago seguido del intestino delgado,
donde su forma de presentación es como masa exofítica de gran tamaño,
con límites bien definidos y captación de contraste heterogénea.
