La TCMC es de gran utilidad en el diagnóstico y la estadificación del adenocarcinoma gástrico.
En nuestra serie,
tuvo una buena concordancia y alta especificidad para la invasión de la grasa perigástrica,
y moderada para la afectación parietal.
Sin embargo,
presenta limitaciones en la valoración de las adenopatías.
