El enfoque diagnóstico de la patología del intersticio pulmonar debe realizarse a partir de lo más básico: el conocimiento de la anatomía del lóbulo pulmonar secundario.
De esta manera,
podemos afrontar con mayor seguridad el camino del diagnóstico diferencial.
La correlación con los datos clínicos y analíticos es de gran importancia en este proceso.
