Although the increasing use of CT has led to tremendous advances in modern medical practice, this trend has been accompanied by a growing concern for patient safety, because CT delivers higher doses of radiation than do most other diagnostic imaging procedures [1]. The risk model estimations and results of recent large-scale epidemiologic studies have predicted an increased risk of cancer associated with CT radiation exposure in radiosensitive children and adolescents [2–7]. Patients
We retrospectively assigned sixty children that have underwent computed tomography (CT) examination between June 2014 and August 2018. We divided them into two groups (The 30 patients CT examination with conventional method from June 2014 to August 2016 and the 30 pediatric patients CT examination with new method from June 2016 to August 2018).

Conclusion and recommendations
In the phantom study, it is reported that the radiation dose will change due to different heights of the bed when using ATCM for inspection [9].
