Methods and Materials
Abdomen three phases enhanced CT scans were applied with spectral imaging technique (Discovery CT 750 HD,
GE Healthcare) on seventy six patients.
Images were reconstructed by two mode: mixed-energy mode,
and 70KeV mono-energy mode.
The following variables were compared: signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of liver,
spleen ,
gallbladder,
kidney and pancreas; orgen-to-fat contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) of liver,
spleen,
gallbladder,
kidney and pancreas; noise.
Paired t tests were used to compare differences between the two modes.
Three experienced doctors independently evaluate the artifact level of images of the two reconstruction model. The image quality was compared with non-parametric rank sum test.
