Results
The success rate of embolism operation was 100%.
And the success rate of curettage combined with the first time embolism operation is 96.92%(126/130)(The blood loss was between 12-110 milliliters (mean 28.5ml) during the procedure of curettage).
The other 4 cases(4/130) whose embryonic month were large and combined with arteriovenous fistula were still rich in blood supply after the first embolism operation which were proved by ultrasound examination,
need a second embolism operation 2 weeks later after the first time embolism operation.(The blood loss was between100-150ml during the procedure of curettage)The ultrasound examination proved that the focus area decreased in size after the first time uterine artery chemoembolization.
No serious complications occurred in the treatment of 130 cases and the uteruses of all cases were preserved in the treatment(Fig 1-6).
