Purpose
We got many embolization materials such as gelfoam,PVA (polyvinyalcohle),Bead. and coils..They are very effective embolic materials.
But, Embolic materials are problems, such as migration
and unwanted embolization
Nowadays cerebrovascular disease is increased in incidence and major cause of death.
And interventional treatment of these artery is potential treatment of choice in artherosclerotic or anerysmal disease.
But these procesure is challenging due to it`s small size and occasionally lead several complications such as wire perforation.
How can we solve the this problem? We embolized rabbit renal artery by microwire and RF generator.
The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of embolization and absorption between radiorequency wire electrode and PVA embolization by prospectively evaluating the tissue reaction of rabbit renal artery similar size with human middle cerebral artery M2 segment.
