Methods and materials
We retrospectively evaluated 14 patients (13 men+1 woman) who has vasculitis related to Behçet's disease and received endovascular treatment.
Mean patient age was 39 years.
CT angiography scan performed to all patient before endovascular treatment.
Nine patients had aortic (with %63 infrarenal aortic involvement),
2 patients had pulmonary artery aneurysm,
1 patient had ICA( cavernous segment aneurysm),
1 patient had brachial artery aneurysm,1 patient had popliteal artery aneurysm.
All patient refered to our department from emergency service. Patients with aortic involvement (with %63 infrarenal involvement ) has suffered from abdominal pain and hypotension ,
patient with internal carotid artery involvement ( involvement level was cavernous segment) has suffered from neurological symptoms and headache ,
patients with brachial (proximal segment ) and popliteal artery involvement has suffered from extremity numbness and palor,
patients with pulmonary artery involvement has suffered from hemoptysis.
9 patients of aortitis,
4 patients were treated with multilayer flow modulator stent,
4 patients were treated with stent grafts and 1 patient was treated with stent+coil embolization.
One patient was treated with coil embolization and 1 patient was treated with coil+Amplatzer vascular plug who had pulmonary arter aneurysms.
Peripheral artery(Brachial and popliteal) aneurysms were treated with stent-greft.
ICA aneurysm was treated with parent artery occlusion.
Patients were followed 6-18 months with CTA.
