Conclusion
Ectasia of Wirsung duct with different morphological types of pancreatic tumors has certain radiological differences,
the analysis of which can help in differential diagnostics.
The presence of the point of obstruction,
abrupt cutoff with upstream dilatation MPD,
the degree of dilatation was significant even for tumors of small,
not expanded brunch-ducts, water-like fluid content in duct - are highly typically radiologic criteria for ductal pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
Extremely,
fusiform duct expansion increased to larger sizes without gradient (up 35 mm),
without the point of obstruction,
duodenal papilla with protrusion,
grape-like dilatation of branch-ducts with mucin content - are highly typically radiologic criteria for IPMN MD; direct communication between BD cluster and MPD - IPMN BD.
Narrowed duct in the tumor,
small MPD expansion (up to 4-5 mm) in comparison to the large size of the tumor - lymphoma.
