The Calc score in Group 1 was 2.03 and Group 2 was 0.70 (p<0.001).
The area-under-the-curve (AUC) for all patients,
Group 1 and Group 2,
for reader 1,2 3 and pooled was (0.91,
0.90,0.94),
(0.95,
0.97,0.91),
(0.92,
0.97,
0.84) and (0.96,0.98,0.96),
respectively.
The sensitivity and specificity in all patients for reader 1,2,
3 and pooled was 87%/79.6%,
78%/94.4%,
91.3%/75.9% and 87%/92.6%,
respectively (Fig 1).
Reader 1,2,3 missed 2,3,0 cases positive for dissection in Group 1 and 4,7,4 positive cases in Group 2,
respectively.
The pooled sensitivity data in Group 1 was 96.6% and only 70.6% in Group 2 (Fig 2).
