Anomalies of the coronary arteries were detected in 14 patients (0.6 %).
In 7 of them (50 %),
we identified coronary heart fistula,
in two patients (14.3 %) ALCAPA and in one patient (7.2 %) vertical ectopia origin of RCA; in one patient (7.2 %) the left main coronary artery departed from the right coronary aortic sinus and followed interarterially,
and in one patient (7.2 %) the RCA departed from the LAD and followed prepulmonarily.
Furthermore,
in one patient (7.2 %) the RCA departed from the left coronary aortic sinus,
followed interarterially and had a slit mouth and an acute angle of insertion.
Rare atypical variants of normal anatomy CA were detected in 24 patients (1 %).
An increasing number of mouths of facial sinuses aortic was identified in 6 patients (25 %).
In 4 patients (16.7%) CX inserted from RCA and atypically followed the retroaortically.
Insertion of CX from the right coronary sinus of the aorta with retroaortic following was observed in one patient (4.2%).
Muscle bridges were diagnosed in 13 patients (54.2 %).
