Methods and Materials
Retrospective,
6 years period (2008 to 2013) study,
included 97 primary or secundary endovasculary treated patients with supraaortic occlusive disease (extracranial carotid artery stenosis or subclavian artery stenosis).
All endovascular interventions were performed in Center for Radiology Clinical Center of Vojvodina,
in Interventional radiology department with Axiom Artis Siemens device.
Vascular interventions were performed in operating room in Clinic for vascular and transplantation surgeri Clinical cente of Vojvodina.
After the procedure,
all patients were regulary clinically controled by vascular surgeons (1 ,
3,
6 and 12 months after procedure,
and once a year) and periodically on MSCTA.
In some patients,
surgical reintervention was indicated based on MSCTA diagnosed in-stent stenosis,
wich was confirmed on preprcedural DSA.
