Existe un espectro de alteraciones renales con un grado variable de severidad que pueden asociarse al Síndrome de Caroli.
Los métodos de imagen,
especialmente la US y la RM permiten su caracterización.
Conviene conocer estas patologías ya que a veces sus manifestaciones clínicas son tardías.
