la radiofrecuencia se convirtió en el abordaje más prevalente entre un gran número inicial de técnicas disponibles.
- La ablación por microondas ha visto grandes avances en los últimos años y probablemente crecerá en el futuro gracias a su velocidad,
el incremento en su precisión,
y la relativa falta de contraindicaciones.
- Los radiólogos debemos conocer los fundamentos básicos de estos procedimientos y sus indicaciones,
y como y por qué elegir una técnica frente a otra según distintos parámetros.
