Conclusiones
Los aneurismas y pseudoaneurismas de arterias intrabdominales pueden convertirse en una emergencia potencialmente letal si se produce rotura de los mismos,
el mayor riesgo de sangrado ocurre en las primeras 24 horas,
siendo esencial la detección precoz y el correcto manejo terapeútico.
En este proceso la TCMD y angioTC urgente,
con reconstrucciones MIP y multiplanares,
son de gran importancia para localizar el pseudoaneurisma y diagnosticar posibles alteraciones asociadas,
por ello el radiólogo de Urgencias debe prestar especial atención a la valoración de la vascularización arterial,
fundamentalmente ante pacientes politraumatizados o en los cuales se sospecha una hemorragia intrabdominal aguda.
La técnica terapéutica de primera elección,
debería ser el tratamiento endovascular,
dejando la cirugía como segunda opción.
