Conclusiones
La patología urotelial abarca una amplia variedad de lesiones que debemos conocer y reconocer en los estudios de imagen,
siendo interesante profundizar en su correlación anatomopatológica,
sin olvidar nunca el contexto clínico del paciente.
Aunque la ecografía continua siendo la técnica de estudio inicial de la vía urinaria,
la TCMD multifásica es una técnica de gran precisión morfológica en la evaluación de la patología de la vía urinaria y su repercusión en las estructuras adyacentes,
aportando además información relevante sobre el funcionalismo renal. La urografía por RM constituye una técnica complementaria en auge.
