The objectives of this study are: To illustrate, with the help of CT-angiography (CTA), in what degree the existence of a non-traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is related to the presence of a cerebral aneurysm. To evaluate the accuracy of CTA in the diagnostic of cerebral aneurisms, by usingdigital subtraction angiography (DSA) for confirmation. To discuss the possible reasons for which none of these two imagistic methods cannot sometimes identify a cerebral aneurism as a cause for SAH.
