Conclusion
For differentiation between neuroblastoma adrenal gland and nephroblastoma us was shown efficiency measurement and comparing of blood flow in the main kidneys arteries.
The use of B-flow visualisation has allowed substantially neutralize the errors associated with the measurement of renal arteries lumen.
Use of relative data for blood flow has allowed substantially neutralize the errors associated with the methodological features of the measurement and to align the age-dependent characteristics of the patients and,
ultimately,
improve diagnostic efficacy.
So was found that the diagnostic efficiency at the comparison of the relative data for blood flow velocity (percentage changing of blood flow volume in the main renal artery of the affected kidney relatively to the unaffected side) significantly higher than in the comparison of the absolute values of the volume flow velocity on the affected side in groups of patients with adrenal neuroblastoma and nephroblastoma.
The results obtained in the present study were the basis of the method of differential diagnosis.
