Purpose
Background. Nephroblastoma and neuroblastoma - ones of the most common embryonal tumors in children.
However differentiate of these tumors by help routine ultrasound and computer tomography in some cases are difficult,
especially when their linear dimensions are 8-10 cmor more.
It is believed that any solid tissues mass,
that has been visualized by means of methods of medical introscopy,
in the projection of the kidney in children aged less than 5 years,
above all,
suggests a Wilms tumor,
at least for until proven otherwise.
However,
by result of analysis own data we were shown,
that in 17% cases there were difficulty in differentiating adrenal neuroblastoma and nephroblastoma with these methods of imaging.
According to recommendations of the International Society of Pediatric Oncology complex of modern diagnostic equipment enables us to formulate a clinical diagnosis in most cases of nephroblastoma without biopsy of the tumor. This approach,
on the assumption of of the strategy of the presurgical treatment requires the development of new, of non-invasive and of safe diagnostic methods, that do not increasing the burden of invasive and / or ionizing diagnostic studies,
at the same time time are fairly effective [1].
Purpose.
To establish effective criteria in the differential diagnosis of nephroblastoma and adrenal neuroblastoma.
