Results
The examined sequences were investigated for the tumor presence,
myometrial invasion localization for tumor depth and the depth of the myometrial invasion either superficial involving no or less than half of the myometrium or deep involving more than half of the myometrium.
The examined cases are divided into thirty-nine cases (63%) of superficial myometrial invasion and twenty-three (37%) cases of deep myometrial invasion according to histopathological examination.
MRI confirmation revealed that combined T2/ DWI shows 35/39 patients of superficial myometrial invasion,
22/23 of deep myometrial invasion.
Combined T2/ DCE shows 30/39 patients of superficial myometrial invasion,
19/23 patients of deep myometrial invasion (Table1).

The diagnostic accuracy,
sensitivity and specificity were evaluated as follow: the diagnostic accuracy,
sensitivity,
specificity of combined T2 / DWI were 92%,90% and 95.6% while for the combined T2/ DCE were 79%,77% and 82.6% for < 50% myomterial invasion (Table 2) & > 50% myometrial invasion (Table3).
