Results

Diagnostic and screening mammograms of 400 women with mean age of 48.61 were reviewed in all four views by 3 radiologist.

Statistical analysis shows a moderate agreement between the observers (k: 0.56). The agreement was substantial between observers A and B( k: 0.68); moderate between the observers A and C(k: 0.52); and moderate between the observer B and C( k:0.46).

The most interobserver agreement was seen in composition A( k:0.65) and D(k: 0.59) and the least agreement in composition B(k:0.5) and C(k:0.57).
