Methods and materials
A total of 29 patients (100%) with orbital tumors were studied in Russian-Japanese center of Sechenov University.
There were 14 women and 15 men,
aged from 18 to 45 years.
Dynamic 640-slice volume computed tomography was performed in all patients in resting state and with functional test,
in soft tissue window.
Functional test consisted of eye movement up,
down,
to the left and to the right for 6-8 seconds.
All patients (n=29; 100%) undergone surgical treatment and were histologically proved.

The assessment of features and extent of globe,
optic nerve and oculomotor muscles lesions.
The analysis of oculomotor muscles contractility and the evaluation of globe and optic nerve impaired movement.
The assessment of tumor’s relation to the orbital structures.
Selection of patient’s management tactics.
Postoperative follow-up.
