Results
We interviewed 98 radiologists.

- 77,5% are not residents; 22,5% are residents
- Experience in radiology: 38,8% have more than 10 years; 32,6% have 0-5 years; 28,6 % have 6-10 years
- Subspecialty: 30,6% are generalists; 28,6% are abdominal radiologists; 19,4% are MSK radiologists; 16,30% are neuroradiologists; 5,1% are thoracic radiologists.
- 93,8% believe the radiologist will not be extinct.
- 91% imagine that in the future the radiologist will have a different kind of work.
- 68% speculate that with artificial intelligence,
radiologists´ remuneration will decrease.
- 85,7% of all interviewees suppose that the job offer for radiologists will reduce.
- 49% think that the changes will occur in 6-10 years.
- 53% believe that artificial intelligence will not be more effective than radiologists.
- 59% are just a little afraid of changes.
- 43,80% are doing something to be prepared for the changes.
- 75,6% will not change to another medical specialty or career.
