Some numbers
14 first reader and 7 second reader evaluated 4848 CT studies until the end of 2018 (1221 in the first 4 month in 2017 and 3627 during the whole year in 2018 while altogether 4956 imaging studies were peer-reviewed during the same period).
At the beginning 7 first reader and 4 second reader started the project while some of the participants finished during this period (due to finishing training,
personal issues).
A survey was carried out among participants during May 2018,
on the first months' experience.

At the beginning only some selected trainees and seniors started the program,
from October 2017 some younger trainees joined (even from other hospitals).
If we pick some participants performance we clearly can see,
if a first reader works continously,
he/she can gain a significant personal developemnt participating in such a project.

Trendlines show clearly how professional personal development had happened - for some participants qicker,
for other slower - and on monthly meetings participants could have discussed these data.
716 (14.8% of all evaluated reports) addendum was given.
Another remarkable data is that 7% of imaging requests does not have a clinical question.
Questionairre
A questionnaire was designed for the participants of the peer-review programme after the first half year.
Thirteen participants (9 first reader, 4 second reader) answered the questions.
85% thinks it is a 'very useful' learning tool for the participants (the rest 15% thints it is 'useful'),
although it takes time for both the first (almost 3 hours daily on average) and second readers (2.5 hours daily on average).
78% of first readers answered that this project has suppurted their personal development in CT reporting.
Even half of second readers answered that due to this organized peer-review project not only their CT reading skills,
but their reporting skills on other modalities has developed,
too.
100% agreed that similar methods should be implemented at other institutions.
Moreover,
77% of all participants thinks,
clinical impact of radiology is increasing due to peer-review and 85% answered that better quality reports are resulted.
