Background
Knee pain is one of the common symptoms among most of the age groups including adolescent,
middle age and older adults attributed to different etiologies and pathologies.
Synovial knee pathologies are not uncommon to encounter in our daily work.
The early recognition of these different pathologies especially in young age groups like Hemophilic arthropathy can prevent significant comorbidities.
In this exhibit,
we will present a diversity of cases with synovial pathologies related to the knee joint,
utilizing different radiological modalities including Plain radiographs,
Ultrasound,
and MRI.
We will include the most reasonable two differential diagnosis to think of in each pathology,
putting into consideration that all the discussed synovial pathologies can be included in the differential diagnosis.
