Purpose
To show a case of multiple cardiac fatty tumors with a giant lipoma andsmall aneurysms.
To review the literature.
Methods and Materials
We present a 28-year-old female from an endemic Chagas disease country,
without cardiovascular risk factors,
toxic habits or relevant pathologic background of infectious disease.
The patient suffered an episode of acute chestpain threeyears ago without medical reporting. Now she presentsa new chest pain not related to exercise,
with normal laboratory test and left bundle branch block in this moment.
There isn´t signs of acute coronary syndrome.
Echocardiography shows an anomalous left ventricle apex with small aneurisms.
The MRI shows multiple lipomasFig. 2 .

Results
Surgery was performed trough a cardiopulmonary bypass and aortic clamping.
It wasperformed a subepicardial lipoma resection,
leaving a myocardial defect and two holes in the LV,
whichwere repaired with sutures overlaying the myocardium.
A first time suture was performed using continuous sutures supported by Teflon patch (similar to aneurysmorrhaphy).
Fig. 8 The intraoperative transesophageal echocardiogram (TTE) shows mitral regurgitation (MR) grade III / IV by posteromedial papillary muscle traction.
It was decided to redo the repair of the defect making direct muscle approximation with a...
Conclusion
Conclusions
Cardiac lipomas are rare tumors usually with inciental diagnosis.
Symptoms depend on their size and location.
Resection is necessary to prevent tumour compression syndromes and to exclude a malignant process by histological examination of excised specimens.
We report a case of multiple heart lipomasincluding agiant lipoma with small aneuryms.
