CT demonstrates perfusional abnormality in the right lobe of the liver involving segment VI, VII and VIII. There is abrupt cut-off with segmental non opacification of the right portal vein and supplying distal branches. Monoenergetic low KV and iodine enhanced Z effective maps demonstrate increased perfusional defects in the Right hemiliver as a consequence.
