Conclusiones
CONCLUSIÓN
En la evalución de un paciente con un infarto isquémico agudo,
la imagen es fundamental para:
– Diferenciar isquemia de hemorragia.
– Estimar el tejido cerebral susceptible de infartarse.
– Excluir otra patología que simile infarto: tumores…
El conocimiento de los patrones de perfusión en los infartos cerebrales permitirán reconocer y clasificar los diferentes eventos,
permitiendo la mejor decisión terapéutica.
