Las imágenes de la TC no son patognomónicas pero junto con la epidemiología y la clínica podemos alcanzar si no un diagnóstico de certeza,
sí de alta probabilidad.
Para llegar al diagnóstico correcto de patologías como la EC,
CU,
CPM,
ECN,
EI-ICH,
TbC o colitis isquémica hay que analizar cuidadosamente los puntos que hemos desarrollado en este trabajo (distribución,
signo del halo,
morfología de la pared,
mucosa,
grasa,
adenopatías,
ascitis y los hallazgos característicos).
El tratamiento de estas patologías es totalmente diferente y en algunos casos,
como en la CPM,
el diagnostico precoz es esencial para la supervivencia del paciente.
