- El estudio por imagen del SNAC y su clasificación está basado en los cambios degenerativos periescafoideos,
los cuales son valorados al detalle con TCMD.
- Es importante reconocer y reflejar de forma apropiada en los informes radiológicos,
algunas entidades,
como el patrón DISI,
la deformidad “en joroba”,
la altura escafoidea y el estado condral de la cabeza del hueso grande,
ya que todo estos hallazgos varían el tratamiento y ayudan a diseñar la estrategia quirúrgica a seguir.
