Conclusion
Percutaneous cyst aspiration and ethanol sclerotheraphy is done for several years in our department .The ethanol is used as the agent for destroying the epitelium tissue .Choice-lock catheter is the catheter type that enables the trochar tecnique .This is the way of the minimum complication .
The mean cyst volume was 134 cc before the procedure and 3.4 cc after the treatment .This supports that percutaneous cyst aspiration and ethanol sclerotheraphy is a successful method .In our clinic we use only choice-lock catheter .No patient had any major complication such as pnomothorax or hemorrage .No cyst was get
bigger or need second treatment.Only 2 patient had pain which was scored as 4/10 but get better after medication .
Choice-lock catheter is the way of successful way of treatment in clinical treatment.
