In the group of patients with myocardial infarction who were treated with primary percutaneous intervention, there was no correlation between the parameters expressed with angiographic Syntax score and left ventricle remodeling or the occurrence of cardiovascular disorders.  The results of previous studies that have recently shown remarkable prognostic significance of Syntax score cannot be extrapolated to patients with acute coronary syndrome and lower Syntax score. Further studies are needed to address these concerns.
